Running with the coach

Ran along with the coach,Tom, and his running group yesterday, at Holmdel Park. They are a bunch of pros, who have been running for the past 'n' years!! Thankfully Tom ran with me, since he was just doing a relaxing run yesterday (now someone who can relax by running......forget it!!)so I could keep up!! Ran around 4-4.5 miles, but I have never run that fast ever......We were doing quite a brisk pace, and 10 min/mile over hilly terrain with lots of climbs is quite good!!
But that took its toll, since this morning, I had a very sharp pain in my left leg, cudnt run more than 2 miles.....
Its almost 2 full days of rest now......so should get better by Saturday, for some track training!!
Mileage for the week:
Tuesday - 3 miles
Wednesday - 4 miles
Thursday - 2 miles

Hii...
nice nice..you know the best part about this is you will probably get hooked on to running!
So you will never have to worry about needing a gym around to exercise.
You just need to put on those shoes and go :)))
